Zombies, Run! is a mobile fitness app that features same-gender relationships within its narrative. For instance, the hosts of Radio Abel (Jack Holden and Eugene Woods) are depicted as being in a relationship, as are Doctors Maxine Myers and Paula Cohen.

One of the respondents to the Queer Representation (2016) survey discussed the interesting dynamics between a lesbian and bisexual character in Zombies, Run! who are dating. There is a lot of discussion throughout the game about representation, and there are diverse characters in ways outside of sexuality and gender also (including race and disability).
