Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth

Three figures stand in a blue geometric field. A dialogue box below shows 'Dating Scammer Suguru' saying 'Knowing my name and looking at me, you'd probably guess I'm a guy, right? Well, you're wrong! I'm neither a guy nor a girl!'

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth includes a questgiver who is an explicitly gay man, and another who is explicitly nonbinary. Another character, Fei, is heavily implied to be a lesbian, a fact which is confirmed in a later game. There is also a woman who chooses to use a male avatar in the VR world for personal and social reasons, though she identifies as female. There is an implication that the female protagonist is attracted to women, though this may be due to the fact that they haven't changed the dialogue from the default male options.

Several male-coded Digimon such as Alphamon and Crusadermon choose to take woman forms in the physical world, and two woman-coded Digimon have a scene in which they blow kisses at each other and hold hands as part of a fusion dance.
