Leviathan: The Last Day of the Decade features a gay NPC, Kael, who is the best friend of the protagonist. There is a dream sequence where other characters' true feelings towards the protagonist are revealed, and it shows that Kael has feelings for him; unfortunately, the player is only able to initiate opposite-gender relationships in the game.

Although Kael is portrayed quite positively in the game, the player-character (Oliver) is portrayed as homophobic with some of the dialogue attributed to him, such as in the image below. Oliver states that he will never reciprocate Kael's feelings.

The game also features a minor character that is implied to have feelings for Oliver's father.
