Pathfinder offers infinite potential for creating characters that represent diverse sexualities or genders, and the premade adventures feature same-gender relationships and trans characters.

Shardra, a dwarven shaman, is a trans 'iconic' character created for the Advanced Class Guide. Iconic characters act as representative of their respective class, and often appear in the products that appear alongside the game, so placing a trans character in this public role is a positive step forwards. You can read about the inclusion of Shardra here.

There are many additional queer characters. In fact, this list mentions fifty NPCs that are classified as queer in the game's canon, including same-gender couples and gender-fluid characters.

Pathfinder: Kingmaker is a digital title in the Pathfinder series that features a non-normative relationship between two NPCs.
